DY7 April Reporting

DY7 April Reporting is ONLY for providers that have a CARRY FORWARD FOR DY6.  If you do not have a carry forward, you do not have to report anything.

15 -Month 1115 Waiver Extension

HHSC and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have agreed to a 15-month extension of the Texas 1115 Waiver. The agreement will take the program through December 2017 and will maintain its current funding.  HHSC and CMS will continue negotiating a longer term extension.  Please see below for the extension approval letter from CMS and the Standard Terms and Conditions (STCs) for the extension. 

1115 Waiver  Extension Approved

The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the request to extend Texas' section 1115(a) demonstration project, entitled "Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program" (Project Number 11-W-00278/6).  This approval is effective from January 1, 2018 through September 30, 2022, unless otherwise specified.
